Cedartown First Methodist Preschool and Learning Center was established in 1975. Since the beginning, our dedicated teachers and staff have provided loving care to hundreds of children in a Christian environment.
Our staff cares for newborns up to age two in our Learning Center, and we have a robust (and fun!) curriculum for our three and four-year-olds in our Preschool. Our daily routine consists of breakfast, snacks, playtime, learning time, lunch, naps and more snacks! Each week, our older students visit our sanctuary for chapel time. Chapel time includes Bible stories, lessons and activities, as well as prayer.
Our hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Morning drop off times are 7 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. We do not allow morning drop offs after 9:30 a.m. (signed notes from physicians are an exception to this rule). We remain open during the summer months (May, June, July & August)
We operate on an application-based enrollment system, as classroom space is limited. To be considered for enrollment, you must complete an enrollment packet. Our Preschool and Learning Center director will contact you with further information.
